✅ I would have thought everyone knew about "My Fair Lady." I'll confine my comments to the quality of the production, which on Blu-Ray is top-notch, sharp colors and excellent sound. As for a previous commenter and frequent source of misinformation, ManMachine, saying that Hepburn did an "atrocious" job lip-syncing her songs, they were actually dubbed by Marni Nixon. Hepburn could sing pretty well, and was upset that the producers chose Nixon to do her singing. Hepburn was in fact recorded singing on the set, and those tracks are quite acceptable to my way of thinking. She probably needed a high note covered here and there, but generally very good. Nixon dubbed singing for stars in many Hollywood films, including Natalie Wood in "West Side Story," and Deborah Kerr in "The King and I."
