I have been doing intermittent fasting for a while. I wanted to understand more about it.
I have lost 5 pounds in no time (that was not my main goal, but rather cleanse of the body). The best is that I got a lot of my energy back. I am able to start my day without hesitation. That might be also the low carb & good fats diet.
Good tips and I agree with the author that hunger is mental more than physical.
