I enjoyed this book so much that I bought it. Dr. Fung breaks down information in a clear, concise matter. I found he did not talk "over my head" or was trying to sell me something. I read a lot of health and fitness book and I notice a common theme of half of the book is information and the other half contains diet and exercise plans. This book is chocked full of great, useful information from start to finish. I'm so happy that intermittent fasting is becoming known offline. I highly recommend this book if you want to understand the science behind weight gain and what you can do about it.
